Why Wellness was developed because becoming well through merely knowing more exercises or starting another diet does not work. We have more information on exercise and diets than ever before, but as a country, community, and family our health is getting worse. My goal through Why Wellness is to change the focus. Instead of trying to fit in a certain size or look a certain way, I want to focus on WHY you want to be healthier, more productive, and live a happier life. The incredible thing about this is when you define your why and have a roadmap to take the steps to healthier behaviors, the physical changes of losing weight, and most importantly feeling better will also be accomplished.
