Janelle Trujillo

My name is Janelle Trujillo, I am a Personal Health Coach

What I have learned through my own personal experience (read below), education and one on one training is to have true wellness one must develop the behaviors that create mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. My professional background includes; B.S. in Kinesiology, Certified Exercise Physiologist through American College of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise and Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach. I have 19 years of personal training experience and have helped hundreds of my clients achieve greater health.

My Story

As a young adult, I was desperately seeking approval, not form just others but from myself. My size and weight defined me, and this turned into very dangerous and unhealthy habits of over exercising and under eating.

I struggled for years with feeling ashamed of my body, even though I was very thin. My weight fluctuated and when it was higher than I wanted it to be I hated myself and when it was lower, it was not good enough. No matter the number on the scale or size of my clothes I was so miserable and deeply depressed. My depression took me to the lowest of lows and I attempted suicide.

By the grace of God I was not successful and to this day and through this platform I want to help as many people as I can discover that true wellness is much more than losing weight or getting muscles. It is developing the daily behaviors to live a life of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health!
